  • Are the spaces shared with other guests?
    The garden, pool area, outdoor kitchen, courtyard and gym are shared with potential other guests. If you stay in the Manor house, we might need access to collect laundry from the attic or wine from the cellar. Access will be announced with a few knocks on the front door.
  • Where do we park our car?
    There is a parking lot about 20 meters from the Castello. Parking is free of charge.
  • Where can we charge our electric car?
    There is one charger at the parking lot next to the Castello.
  • Where is the nearest supermarket?
    Il Gigante in Nizza Monferrato, approx. 10 minutes drive from the Castello.
  • Can we bring our dog?
    Dogs are only allowed in the "Grignolino" apartment, but not in the other apartments.
  • Do you serve breakfast?
    We don't serve breakfast. Each apartment is equipped with a pentry, where you can prepare breakfast and other meals.
  • Do we need to bring towels or bed linen?
    Nope.
  • Is there an iron and an ironing board?
    There is one iron and one ironing board at the Castello. You find it in the laundry room next to the gym.
  • Is there a hairdryer?
    Yes, there is a hairdryer in each room.
  • Do we have to clean the apartment before we leave?
    Nope. We clean the apartment after you have left. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know.
  • Is there a restaurant nearby?
    Yes! Our fantastic neighbour Piazza Crova 3 is only 50 meters away. They are open Wednesdays-Sundays.
  • Is Castello di Vaglio Serra open all year around?
    No, the Castello is open 1 March - 30 November. Between 1 December - 28 February, we are closed.
